Very nice. A session pale ale with great brettanomyces characteristics. Funky barnyard, mild hops over a very pale malt body.
A heck of a good thing going on here in my mouth. Slightly tart, a bit funky with notes of wood. This one bottled July 1, 2015, so we only had laying around for a few months.
Yummy barrel aged sour.
A spectacular peach lambic from Allagash Brewing. Tart with distinct fruitiness, but not sweet, and with a clean finish. Found this bottle at Brabant in South Park.
