A collaboration IPA between San Diego’s Council Brewing and Monterey’s Alvarado Street Brewery. Like a tart white IPA. The citrus notes of the hops may over-exaggerate the tartness. Interesting…but in a good way. Also grabbed a 100% Maybe IPA, made with Mosaic and Ekuanot hops, sidecar.

Beatitude Pineapple Tart Saison
Pineapple not evident at first taste..mostly just tart and wet. But I get hints of pineapple after I swallow a sip and exhale through my nose.
Council Brewing Tasters
Not a bad one in the bunch.
Beatitude Mango Tart Saison
Very refreshing and a good pelude to tomorrow’s Sour Festival at Stone. From San Diego’s Council Brewing Company.
Council Brewing
The newest San Diego brewery. 5 on draft for their soft opening… … With more to come. We liked Pirate’s Breakfast, an 8.6% imperial oatmeal stout, best. They already have 4 wine barrels and 4 whiskey barrels aging…something to look forward to.
