Post Bike Ride Beverages
For her, Slushian Gothic, a collaboration slushy-sour beverage from 450 North Brewing and Troon Brewing, fruity, tart and sweet with no ABV indicated…hmm. For me Spinal Sap, a wet hop DDH imperial IPA in the west-coast style from Moonraker Brewing. Resinous with crisp finish and pleasant lingering bitterness wrapped up in an 8% ABV solution.

Super juicy with a bodacious nose and palate, all packed it a tiny 16oz can of goodness. Quite good.

Looks like my favorite morning breakfast beverage with a flavor almost like fresh-squeezed with pulp-like substances added. Ok..so no pulp-like substances and slight less opaque. Isle of Splendor
This double dry-hopped hazy IPA from the fine folks a North Park Beer is like a “Modern Times” romance. Bountiful bouquet of hops entwined with pillowy-soft mouth-feel and juicy wet finish. Oh, yeah.
