Started with Ghost Mountain a hazy NE-style IPA, juicy with soft mouth-feel, from Modern Times Beer Next moved to Ghost Hammer IPA from Stone Brewing. More in the west-coast style and quite enjoyable. Piney and resinous, pleasant bitterness that lingers just long enough to make you want another sip. No problem finishing either sample.
In pool-safe plastic-wear. “I can handle things! I’m smart! Not like everybody says… like dumb… I’m smart and I want respect!”
A 6.2% ABV New Zealand hopped session IPA from Modern Times Beer. Yummy
Though the Accumulated Knowledge was aquired some days ago, I didn’t really have time to absorb it until now. Feeling smarter with each sip. Hmm..I’m guessing the accumulated knowledge I retain is whatever I don’t pee out. Not quite sure how to measure that.
As you might expect, a big boy glass of Knee Deep Breaking Bud, an American IPA, for me, and the dainty glass of Modern Times Fruitlands, gose, with Apricots for the lady. I’m not gonna lie, as much as I’m enjoying the Breaking Bud, I should have got the Fruitlands. More tart than sweet…more so […]
Neverwhere, Brett IPA, for me and Fruitlands, sour cherry gose, for the lady.
Damn fine 10%ABV IPA from our friends at Modern Times. Arguably one of the best post-Sour Fest beers available to mankind.
Intense fruity and citrusy hop flavors over a light-bodied dry malt base…makes it quite enjoyable. Can’t recall where I picked up, but more would be a good idea.
