Unfortunately I’m not getting the tropical notes I would normally associate with a Mosaic hopped IPA. Otherwise a nice IPA at 8.6% ABV and 85 IBU. Nicely balanced with pleasant lingering hop bitterness.
Damn fine beverage, irregardless of current ownership. Perfect to sip and enjoy in the late afternoon sun.
A nice offering that seems to have grown in popularity. A good mix of bitterness and fruitiness in a glass.
It’s working for me right now.
Quite possibly the best MillerCoors beer I’ve tasted. Still got that 9% ABV thing going for it and only 6 bucks at Price Club.
….umm…I mean MillerCoors Mosaic IPA.
So very, very good. Unexpectedly good the first time, and sought after the next. In my opinion, the draft version doesn’t compare to the bottle. Citrus and tropical fruit, with distinct hop bitterness and a pale malt base. The 9%ABV is like a cracker jack prize.
Totally not expecting what I tasted. Saw the “mosaic” and “IPA” and thought I should give it a try. Very tasty, but didn’t realize it was a 9% ABV double IPA until I had it in my mouth, then read the bottle. Piney n citrus n yummyness…grabbin more next time.
