Citrusy fruit on the nose. Flavors of stonefruit, melon and citrus. Mild bitterness that finishes clean. All that and 6.4% ABV.
A newer New England-style hazy IPA from the fine folks at San Diego’s own Resident Brewing Co. Juicy with citrus hop flavors, mild bitterness and 6.7% ABV. Very enjoyable.
With a look that is a bit more cloudy than fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, I’m doing OK with this 6.6% ABV IPA from San Diego’s own Resident Brewing Company.
Resident Brewing, located in the back of the downtown/gaslamp location of The Local, has been pouring their own beers for about a month now. Five on draft when we stopped by last Sunday. Nothing outstanding, but all were decent and clean.
