Blasphemy is back, and this once retired bourbon barrel-aged quad is now bottle conditioned! One of the more enjoyable new beers I’ve tried recently, it was very smooth, fruity, and complex, with a hint of vanilla and bourbon. Niiiice at 11.8% ABV!

Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin 2012
Last year this was one of my favorite pumpkin beers, so I ordered two 4pks as soon as it was available. Sadly, this year’s batch tastes watery and doesn’t seem to be nearly as tart and full of flavor, but still okay… 7 more to go!

Delicious!!!! A very enjoyable “Super Saison” that combines citrus (grapefruit, lemon & orange zest) and pink peppercorns, with an ABV over 10%! Happy 17th anniversary, Weyerbacher!
