“Black Friday” is the Friday after Thanksgiving — supposedly the busiest shopping day of the holiday season. (Myth. The busiest day is always the last Sunday before Christmas.)
Naturally, Beer Molly and my daughters headed out at 3:30am to help prop up the economy by spending every dime I’ve ever earned. This leaves me and the dogs to our own devices. I have decided to declare this “Black Friday” in honor of tomorrow’s “Black Saturday” — ie. the release of the 2007 Older Viscosity — so I’m celebrating with a glass of the 2006.
