Peche Mel Scaldis

This small bottle by Brasserie Dubuisson was very peachy, a tad sour, sweet, malty, alcohol-y and generally tasty… Just didn’t care for the aftertaste which reminded me of something I smelled in organic chemistry class (aromatic, hydrocarbon-y, metallic – most likely the hops.). Overall interesting at 8.5 % ABV.
