House beers once again! Finally! They began serving two beers this week, C- Blonde Ale and O. G. Wheat Gose. Both ~ 5% ABV and under 20 IBU… Light and easy… Pilot batches underway using hibiscus and osha root. Not sure what osha root is, but it will be a good reason to go back.
