This new brewery is now open in Vista, CA, 7 days a wk! Owner /brewer /electrician Max Moran is paying homage to his Luiseño Indian heritage and his family’s late German brewing friend, while fulfilling his dream… We enjoyed chatting with Max and his wife about their struggles working through the brewery approval process, and his childhood stories of being 13th of 14 children. Very nice people! Huge, clean, nice tasting room, 21 taps, small 55 gal batches, 8 beers on tap now, and another 24 beers in storage. My favorite was the Hefeweizen, and Adam also enjoyed the Octoberfest. Check it out!
