This farmhouse ale brewed with Brettanomyces smelled great and was very promising. Unfortunately this bottle had a strong aftertaste of bandaids/ adhesive/ antiseptic which made the lingering bitterness unpleasant.

I keep hearing the same thing about this one. It looks very enticing, but after $13.99 I’m really not in the mood for tasting band-aids, I gotta say.
I’ve tried and liked their Funkatronic, farmhouse IPA brewed with Brett, which lead my to buy this one. I’m assuming a bad bottle, and not made like this on purpose, but it seems many have had the same experience. Too bad.
