Hildegard IIIPA

Via bikes, we had stopped by Benchmark Brewing on Sunday, a day after their Hildegard Day can release, and were pleasently surprised to find their 13.5% IIIPA still on draft.

They don’t have crowlers, and I had no interest in adding to my huge growler collection (not to mention the difficulty transporting a glass growler while riding a bicycle), so I planned to throw a few growlers in the car and stop by when heading south next. That is now….and it’s still on draft…lucky me.
