Humble Tripel

Once again my work associate made a trip to Imperial Valley and brought back a growler from Humble Farmer Brewing Co. in Holtville, CA, to enjoy. We were pleasently surprised with this 8% ABV Belgian-style Tripel. Sweet malts and mild Belgian yeast on the nose, nice balanced flavor with no bitterness and mild sweetness.

I think it’s been in the fridge since before Costa Rica, but didn’t want to crack it with just the 2 of us. I’d like to try fresh if I get the chance.
