Del Rey

We enjoyed this collaboration from Jester King and Fantome.  I didn’t think it had been in the fridge since Feb of 2022, but time flys.  Batch 2.   A somewhat rustic saison, earthy/floral notes, with some sweetness and also slightly tart.  Light malt body with no bitterness.  A tasty combination.  Surprised the ABV was above 8%.
