My true love gave to me a case of Sierra Nevada Celebration
From Sierra Nevada and the Monks of the Abbey of New Clairvoux a 10.2% Quad with plums. Malty and sweet. All packed into a to go cup.
One of my favorite seasonals from Sierrs Nevada. Who knew it was available in a 24 ounce fat boy bottle?
Like a hop hand grenade. But deemed nice to hand to your friend.
…it’s a Celebration. Fresh hop Sierra Nevada style.
This one’s been sitting in my fridge for a little over a year, but I’ve been meaning to try it. It’s Ovila, a Saison collaboration Sierra Nevada did with the monks of the restored Ovila Abbey in Northern California.
10.4% imperial whole-cone IPA from Sierra Nevada. Yummy.
…at Toronado. At first taste it reminded me of the remnants of a whiskey cocktail after the ice has melted and watered it down. Next fews sips were much better…flavors better as it warmed.
Stopped into Urge gastropub in San Diego for the first time. Nice atmosphere and lots of taps. Decided to be mellow and have a Torpedo IPA from Sierra Nevada. Excellent, well-balanced IPA; never regret getting this one.
