Friday after work, we finally stopped by the soft opening of this new long awaited SD brewery… Quite an impressive brewing set-up with accomplished brewers and a huge tasting room. Only two beers were available to taste, “The Harlot” Belgian Extra and “The Apprentice” IPA, both enjoyable. I really wanted to taste the “The Widow” that the food truck peeps were sampling right next to us, but Society had promised O’Briens would get initial first rights to pour it and “The Pupil” that night. Oh well. Looking forward to stopping by again, and can’t wait for the results of their planned barrel-aged sour program!
