An imperial stout aged 6 months in Four Roses Single Barrel bourbon barrels by FiftyFifty Brewing in Truckee, CA, is perfect for sipping at 9.5% ABV. My favorite of the 4 varieties I’ve tried so far due to its smoothness and balance. Love the richness, body, bourbon flavor, and clean mouth feel. 5 stars!
