Holy Jim Falls XPA

This is a beer from Cismontane Brewing, one of the many craft breweries opening up in Orange County. I actually ran into these guys at the OC Beer Fest a couple months back and liked them, so when I saw their bottles at a local specialty foods, I picked a couple up.

This one’s a super light (both in color and alcohol – ABV is 4.5%) pale with a nice hop balance and a note of sage in it. Definitely goes down easy on a hot day.
