Ran across this one from MOA Brewing down in New Zealand. It’s a Pilsner bottle fermented with champagne yeast. Makes for an interesting flavor quite a bit different from that “corn-chip” flavor I associate with most Pils. I like it and will be looking for other MOA brews in the future.
One weird thing I did find was the label reads “super premium pilsner lager,” but right under the stupid American government warning appears the word “Ale” all by itself. Probably another stupid government thing.
