A visual tribute to beer and the people who love it.
A 6.5% ABV apricot chamomile pale ale from Marshall, Michigan’s Dark Horse Brewing Co. When first poured it smelled similar to pumpkin pie spices. Very malty up front with dry, mildly hoppy finish. Not really getting any apricot or chamomile, and trying to let it warm up….but keep taking sips trying to figure out what I’m tasting. Very interesting.
