Hoppy Hoppy Night IPA

Belching Beaver Brewery 5th Anniversary beer.  First sip fresh after pouring, the hop nose was strong, resinous and piney, with an astringent quality, making first taste a bit harsh.  The strong nose dimished fairly quickly and seemed to smooth-out the flavors.
