Pie Hard 2 – Pie Harder

A 5.5% ABV lemon pie inspired beer from the fine folks at Alvarado Street Brewing. A kettle sour made with lemons, vanilla and lactose on nitro. Failed to shake before pouring, so poured a bit flat. I think they a fine job getting the lemon meringue pie filling flavor in the beer. Tasty but somewhat uneventful. Thinking more bubbles might have helped.

Crap..should have used pie inspired glassware.
