Dulce De Leche Stout

An 8% ABV collaboration beer from Waunakee, Wisconsin’s Untitled Art and Chicago’s Cruz Blanca Brewery.

The smell makes me think Hershey’s chocolate syrup over the sweet malty nose of a robust porter…quite sweet.

Likely needs to warm up a bit, as not much going on at first. Not sweet, but a more balanced chocolatey porter with some mild bitterness on the finish. As it warms, I’m getting more coffee notes and less chocolate. The bitterness on the finish is more pronounced. Worked for me.
