Grape Ape IPA

Happy National IPA Day! This is a west-coast IPA made with wine grapes.

The beer is a good blend of beer and wine flavors. I would not have guessed it an IPA as I don’t get much hop characteristics. It tastes more balanced and allows more wine grape flavor to be noticed.

I get notes of a light white wine, with no oak.
