Another great Lips of Faith release by New Belgium perfect for sipping on the porch… A nice Southern-themed Saison brewed with peaches, hominy grits, molasses, lemon peel, biscuit malt and BRETT! Tasty at 9.6% with a refreshingly full flavor, yet I plan to store my other bottle in hopes of further developing the Brett character… Wonder how it is on tap?!?

Thanks for the post! That beer is a great one. I do prefer the bottle to draft, as the brett seems more active (at this point) in the smaller package… Good luck and I look forward to more posts!
