Inferno on Draft

Only at the brewery, and likely not for long.

On draft is completely different from the normal bottle-conditioned version.  Bottle conditioning with champagne yeast makes for a crisp dry finish, almost bitter.  On draft the beer is slightly sweet and smooth.
