Firestone Walker’s 5.5% ABV milk stout made with coconut. Quite enjoyable. I get more chocolate and roasted malts with a light, somewhat sweet finish. No noticable coconut.
I recall The Patsy, a rye coconut stout, and Death by Coconut having more coconut notes. The Patsy being less sweet and reminiscent of dark chocolate and coconut, where Death by Coconut being like a light pastry-stout. I believe both clicked in closer to 6.5% ABV.
It’s been a few years since a side by side comparison of beers made with coconut, but I believe it’s about time again.
