Funky brett nose with notes of citrus fruit. Flavor is light body with nice hop flavors, pleasent bitterness and slightly tart. Finish is crisp and clean. Quite enjoyable. It held up very well for 2018.
A 5.5% ABV dry-hopped saison with peaches from Whiner Beer Co. Quite nice. Light-bodied, Belgian yeast-like esters with citrus notes and a dry finish.

At Wheat & Water
A very tasty brett saison brewed with Elderflowers from Port Townsend, WA.

We were 90% through an afternoon bike ride and made a detour to California Kabob for beer. I grabbed a Stone Enjoy by 9-21 IPA, while the lady had a Biere D’Hougoumont from Brewery Ommegang. Both went well with lamb tacos, 2 for $5 Taco Tuesday…mmmm.
Tastes wonderful…perfect for a pre-holiday party beverage. The combination of citrus flavors and carbonation reminds me of a mimosa..sort-of…but better.

Whew, and well worth all the effort! One of the most interesting […]
