A delightful surprise from Anchorage Brewing on this warm sunny San Diego day in November… This Saison was brewed with rose hips, pepper corns, and orange peels, dry hopped with Citra, aged in French Oak Pinot Noir barrels with Brett, and bottle conditioned. Whew, and well worth all the effort! One of the most interesting new beers we’ve tried lately.
