Fünke Hop Farm

My fav of the many brews we tasted at last week’s International Beer Festival at the Del Mar Fair.  A pleasantly tart wine-barrel-aged, dry-hopped saison.  6.5% ABV and 15-IBU.  From Sudwerk Brewing,  Davis, CA.  Quite nice.
