Very happy with my choice. A juicy 7% ABV IPA from Ushi Tora Brewery in Tochigi Japan, north of Tokyo.
She chose the Golden Ginjo Ale from Zig Zag Brewery…but low IBU beer option were limited. The sake options, though limited in quantity, were excellent from the ones we tasted. We chose the Hatsuhinode from Junmai Nama Genshu in Genshu Japan.
Though a bit of a trek, we would highly recommend Beer Komachi for beer and small plate food. The catch of the day sashimi, which happened to be tuna cheek was outstanding.
