Ghost in the Machine

Parish Brewing Co.s 8.5% IPA is the best locally brewed beer I’ve had so far on this visit.

A nose of resinous hops over a biscuit malt base. A green, citrusy hop bitterness with clean finish. No way I would have guessed 8.5% ABV. The light body is deceiving.
