Though I lost to my bougainvillea (I lost more blood than it lost branches), I got the beer and last laugh by urinating on the plant. Mystery beer from Port Brewing ended up being Hop-15. A very nice prize for me.

Dinner at Toomey’s, and Michele ordered while I was visiting their oversized restroom. Mammoth Brewing, Epic IPA for me and Real McCoy for the lady.
The small production brewery in Lancaster, CA, about a mile from Kinetic, had eight drafts available. We both enjoyed the La Fleur, a witbier with dried hibiscus, and I liked the Grapefruit Allegiance IPA. I’m sure head brewer, Roger, from Kinetic, will be a welcome addition.
